Ben Grossman's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies and transactions involving distressed and bankrupt targets and sellers.
Ben's recent experience includes ABB's acquisition of Kuhlman Electric Corporation, American Greetings' acquisition of Recycled Paper Greetings, and WL Ross & Co.'s strategic investment in The Greenbrier Companies.
He also has worked on substantial matters for clients such as Aurora Resurgence Capital Partners, Dana Corporation, NACCO Industries, OMI, Procter & Gamble, and Verint Systems.
Ben has authored and coauthored several publications, including most recently an article on reverse break-up fees featured in The New York Times "DealBook."
