Linda Gruszynski is the managing attorney for the Clearwater office of Dennis Hernandez & Associates, PA. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration on the former Soviet Union and other communist regimes. While working full time at the labor and employment law firm of Constangy, Brooks & Smith, she received her juris doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Agency and Partnership. She practices in all areas of labor and employment law.

During her tenure at Constangy, Brooks & Smith, and as the legal compliance consultant for a long-term health care organization with more than two hundred (200) facilities, Gruszynski aggressively executed strategies which successfully defeated union organizing campaigns targeted against her clients. She is also proficient in implementing programs and audits which ensure compliance under OSHA, Wage & Hour, OFCCP, EEOC, NLRB and other labor and employment regulations. Gruszynski is a formidable opponent at the bargaining table, successfully drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, which secure and advance the clients’ interests.

Gruszynski’s employment practice includes negotiating employment contracts and covenants not to compete, termination disputes, disability claims, sexual harassment claims, unemployment compensation, wage and hour issues and regulatory compliance.
