Mr. Grudberg is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Criminal Lawyers. He has served as President of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and as Chairman of the Connecticut Bar Association Committee on Automobile Reparations. He has for many years lectured to groups of lawyers on both criminal and civil trial practice.
Mr. Grudberg has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in connection with criminal defense, business litigation, and personal injury litigation. He serves as president of the Connecticut Chapter of the International Network of Boutique Law Firms, an organization of preeminent boutique Firms.
Mr. Grudberg has tried every kind of criminal case, including white collar crimes against persons and property. He has tried a broad range of business litigation matters, including antitrust and patent litigation, as well as all types of personal injury cases, product liability and such. In addition, he has argued numerous appeals before the Connecticut Supreme Court and the United States Courts of Appeals in New York and California, and has submitted cases to the United States Supreme Court.
