Guthro, James P.

Ms. Gumapac is an associate in the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation arising from environmental/toxic tort, product liability, real estate professional malpractice, personal injury, and construction defect and design. She is also experienced in commercial litigation that arises in and out of bankruptcy, preference actions, fraudulent conveyance actions, cash collateral disputes, and claim objection and resolution.

Ms. Gumapac received her B.A. from Ursinus College in 2003, and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2006. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a Stagiaire for the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium. While attending law school, she was an intern for the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and the Delaware Civil Clinic. Ms. Gumapac is licensed to practice in Delaware and is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Delaware Bankruptcy American Inn of Court.
