Charles Sabo was born in New York, New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in 1974 and graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 1978. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1978 and the Arizona State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona in 1980.
Mr. Sabo has practiced law in Phoenix for over 30 years and has a broad range of experience that covers all aspects of consumer debtor bankruptcy, representing individuals, families and small businesses from pre-bankruptcy planning through bankruptcy discharge.
Mr. Sabo is a former Chairman of the Consumer Debtor Sub-Committee of the Bankruptcy Section of the Arizona State Bar and was the first recipient of the Phoenix Chapter 13 Trustees’ Recognition of Excellence Award. Charles M. Sabo, P.C. is BBB accredited with an A+ rating.
Mr. Sabo is married to Arizona attorney Jessica Sabo. They have two sons, a daughter, two dogs and two cats.
