Joe practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation and securities litigation in both federal and state court.

Joe's civil litigation experience includes representations relating to securities class actions, financial derivative disputes, disputes relating to reinsurance and insurance coverage, and disputes involving consumer credit reporting agencies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Prior to pursuing a law degree, Joe passed the certified public accountants exam and worked at one of the current Big 4 accounting firms.
