Joseph A. Hargraves, Jr. is an associate practicing in the firm’s litigation group. His practice is focused on product liability defense in asbestos cases. Prior to joining Herzog Crebs, Mr. Hargraves practiced civil litigation throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area, and in Southern Illinois. He also worked as a sole practitioner in Southern Illinois focusing on family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
Mr. Hargraves received his Juris Doctorate from the Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007. He graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2004, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History. While in law school, Mr. Hargraves participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic and interned with the St. Louis City Public Defender.
Mr. Hargraves is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
