Jason Liam Schmolze has been practicing law in New Jersey since 1999. Jason is a graduate of Allegheny College and received his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Jason’s areas of practice include insurance defense and coverage, premises liability, personal injury, multi-family real estate and property management, toxic tort/asbestos, railroad (FELA), appellate, workers’ compensation, collections, construction defect, products liability, foreclosure and contracts. Jason has also successfully drafted appellate briefs and argued cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the Second Circuit.
