Herrin, Parisa Naderi

Will Henry's practice focuses primarily in the areas of private equity and general corporate counseling, with a particular emphasis on leveraged buyout and venture capital transactions. He frequently advises private equity firms and their related portfolio companies in complex transactional and corporate governance matters, including add-on acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, exits, and compliance and management issues.

Will volunteers as an instructor teaching constitutional law in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's "Rights Responsibilities Realities" (3Rs) program. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
