Andrew Hibbert is a life-long Floridian who was born in Orlando and then grew up near Key Largo, Florida.

After high school Andrew went on to attend the University of Central Florida where he majored in Legal Studies/Pre-Law and Criminal Justice. While in college, he focused on criminal law and interned with legendary DUI defense attorney William J. Heffernan of Marathon, Florida.

When it came time to decide on a law school, Andrew chose the Stetson University College of Law due to their exceptional reputation for training trial lawyers. Andrew completed every criminal law class that Stetson offered and was fortunate enough to land a spot in Advanced Criminal Trial Advocacy. He also took an advanced legal research class where he focused exclusively on DUI and other traffic laws.

Andrew entered private practice straight out of law school and hit the ground running. He has successfully tried numerous cases and argued countless motions in front of Judges throughout both Manatee County and Sarasota County.   Andrew is proficient in challenging DUI suspensions in administrative hearings.

Andrew is well known for the great communication he maintains with his clients as well as the aggressive representation that he provides. Andrew prides himself on being honest with his clients from the initial representation and he vows to remain accessible to his clients throughout the representation.
