Jordan Hirsch is a counsel in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2004.
Practice
Mr. Hirsch specializes in patent litigation and has litigated a range of patent cases covering medical devices, digital cameras, image processing techniques and electric circuitry. He has experience managing discovery in patent cases, deposing and defending expert witnesses, deposing inventors and prosecuting attorneys, and handling motions arguments. In 2007, Jordan was first chair in an evidentiary hearing in a patent infringement action involving circuit chip technology.
Mr. Hirsch graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2004. He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University, where he graduated summa cum laude Phi Beta Kappa with honors in political science.
