Jessica S. Hosenpud is the newest addition to Lavery Faherty Patterson. Her primary practice is family law, public entity liability/civil rights and labor and employment law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hosenpud served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Carol L. Van Horn of the Court of Common Pleas of the Thirty Ninth Judicial District of Pennsylvania, in Franklin and Fulton Counties. After acting as law clerk to Judge Van Horn for two years, she was promoted to Administrative Law Clerk, serving the entire Franklin/Fulton County Court. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William W. Caldwell in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and as a legal intern to the Honorable Peter J. Dailey, Pennsylvania State Representative for Fayette and Washington Counties and Chairman of the House Commerce Committee.

Ms. Hosenpud is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with honors, and in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor cum laude from the Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson School of Law.
