Ginger West Johnson's business Philosophy: do what you say, when you say you will, and do it to the best of your ability, is no doubt a contributor to her success. Johnson grew up in Baton Rouge, La., where she also obtained her undergraduate and law degree from Louisiana State University.

Johnson now operates in the private sector in Shreveport in her firm, Ginger West Johnson & Associates. She chose to focus her practice on family law, criminal law, personal injury and civil rights because it allows her to use her talent and compassion for people to help them through difficult times. Johnson truly enjoys getting to know her clients and their families and works hard to combat the negative impression people often associate with people in her profession.
