Bob Karber has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate development, commercial lending, transactions and business counseling. Prior to forming the Murphy Karber PLC firm, Bob was the managing member of a residential, commercial and industrial entitlement, subdivision and development company.

Bob provides clients with comprehensive services encompassing the full range of real estate and development issues, with the depth and diversity of experience to handle a wide variety of projects such as golf course and housing developments, mixed use projects, shopping centers, corporate campuses and industrial facilities.

Bob has helped clients with all aspects of the financing, acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of major projects nationally. He has also assisted corporate clients with the lease and sublease of commercial space and, when necessary, has helped clients with restructurings and workouts.
