He has established various new and novel legal decisions on behalf of his clients. He has appeared as a legal analyst on local and national television and been featured in the local media. Herb has been elected to the Super Lawyers group for 2010, 2011 and 2012 (only the top few percent of lawyers are elected by thier peers). In 2013 Herb was selected as one of the Top 100 trial lawyers in the Nation by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Herb has also published a chapter in a textbook for other personal injury lawyers. Herb takes a hands on approach to our clients' cases from inception through trial.
