Terry is a senior associate in our Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy and Real Estate practice groups, with experience in bankruptcy, debtor-creditor law, civil litigation and real estate matters. He practices in state and federal courts representing bankruptcy trustees, receivers, debtors, and creditors ranging from commercial lenders to landlords. Terry's practice includes the purchase and sale of distressed property interests in bankruptcy and receivership proceedings, nonjudicial and judicial foreclosures of commercial and residential property on behalf of secured lenders, and enforcement of secured creditors' rights under the Uniform Commercial Code. He also works with developers, property owners and owners associations in the formation and governance of commercial and residential condominiums and other real estate developments.
