Thomas A. Mr. Keller has been named a Top 10 Merger & Acquisition Lawyer by his peers in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.  He is regularly appointed a Special Master by the United States District Court in complex corporate litigation due to his extensive experience, long-standing reputation and outstanding communication skills.  He represents many types of companies, from small business owners to high-profile Fortune 500 companies, providing
