In 2002 I made the decision to leave a partnership with a large, national New York City based litigation firm and form the Law Office of Robert S. Sunshine, P.C. It was my belief then and continues to be my belief now, that everyone is entitled to affordable, high quality legal services and to be represented by a skilled, aggressive, yet caring litigator who has but one objective in mind---the success of their case. All clients have complete and uninhibited access to my services on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week a basis even if it means responding to case inquiries in the middle of the night. Why? I started my legal career with hard work, sweat and perseverance (working full-time in a prestigious Law Student program defending the City of New York in civil court matters, while attending school at night and obtaining my legal degree). That hard work has continued to this day and often explains why so many successful results are obtained.
