Kundra, Chaya

Mr. Kuffler is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation, where he handles matters concerning products liability, negligence, construction defect, fire and fidelity losses from investigation through litigation.  In addition, Mr. Kuffler has had extensive previous experience handling complex insurance coverage disputes as well as general commercial litigation matters.  Mr. Kuffler is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but practices throughout the United States using the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department. 

Mr. Kuffler received his B.A. from Amherst College in 1994 and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1998, where he was a member of the American Criminal Law Review.
