Anna Triponel's practice focuses on international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and finance transactions, cross-border securities offerings, and general corporate advice for publicly quoted and private companies. Anna heads the New York Office's international law pro bono group and is a New York State Bar Association honoree.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Anna served as a legal advisor at the World Bank in Washington D.C. She is an advisory council member of the Public International Law and Policy Group and previously worked at Clifford Chance in Paris and Russell Jones & Walker in London.
