Rob has been practicing law since 2004, and has assisted hundreds of clients with estate planning and related matters. His clients range from individuals and couples needing basic wills and planning, to real estate investors and business owners with complex estate and tax issues. Rob is a frequent speaker on topics associated with his practice areas, and is an active member of the legal community. He has been a frequent volunteer for the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Wills for Heroes program, which provides pro bono estate planning for police officers, firefighters and other first responders throughout the state. He tutors law students at Hamline University School of Law, helping with all aspects of their legal education and with preparation for the Bar Exam. Rob also serves on the Ramsey County Guardianship & Conservatorship court appointed attorney panel. He is a member of the MSBA and its Probate and Trust and Elder Law Sections, the Ramsey County Bar Association (RCBA), the Wisconsin State Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, Rob attended college at the University of St. Thomas, where he graduated with honors with a degree in Economics. He received his J.D., with honors, from Hamline University School of Law where he was an Associate Editor for Law Review, a tutor to first-year law students, and taught a course in legal research as a Teaching Assistant. Rob also won the CALI Award in Native American Law as a law student. Prior to joining Henningson & Snoxell in Maple Grove, Rob gained valuable experience as both a large firm attorney in downtown Minneapolis, and as a small firm attorney. Immediately prior to joining Henningson & Snoxell, he was running a successful small law firm in St. Paul. Rob enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son.
