Leo Wallace is a graduate of the University of Baltimore and the University Of Maryland School Of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland. A former Project Manager, Mr. Wallace applies his extensive construction experience and knowledge to Construction Law including construction defects litigation and adherence to the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code. Recently, Mr. Wallace successfully argued a construction defects case before the Pennsylvania Superior Court that resulted in significant changes to Pennsylvania’s Consumer Protection and Unfair Trade Practices Law. In addition to representing Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners, Mr. Wallace also represents clients in Family Law and Estate matters. He has experience in multiple areas of litigation practice including contract disputes, real estate non-disclosure, and traffic offenses.
