Lindauer, Kenneth E.

Richard Ward is a member of the Institutional Insurance Practice Group at Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton, where he focuses on representing insurance companies in large scale litigation matters as well as advising and counseling clients in complex litigation matters.

Prior to entering into private practice, Mr. Ward served as a law clerk for the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court. He also held an internship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island and clerked for a law firm, where he focused representing defendants in employment law and professional liability matters.

Before attending law school, Mr. Ward worked for MetLife Auto & Home’s Special Investigation Unit investigating fraudulently obtained automobile insurance policies. His insurance experience also includes serving as an independent insurance adjuster.
