Lindsay, Brian S.

Mr. Lindsay is an AV-rated rated attorney and a member of Jenkins Fenstermaker, PLLC. He is a member of the firm's Litigation Section where his practice is focused in the areas of mass tort and complex litigation, with a focus on asbestos litigation. Brian has handled the representation of clients in a variety of products liability and toxic tort cases. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Lindsay worked as a claim representative for two major insurers handling property and casualty claims.
