Ms. Lin is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department. She joined the firm in 2011.
Past Experience
While attending law school full time, Ms. Lin also served as a technical advisor at a law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. While there, she devised patent portfolio strategies for clients, drafted and prosecuted applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and advised clients on issues of patentability, freedom-to-operate, validity and infringement.
While a graduate student at MIT, Ms. Lin was a research assistant in the Laboratory for Information Decision Systems and a teaching assistant for courses in dynamic programming, discrete stochastic processes and probabilistic systems analysis. As a teaching assistant, she was awarded the Carlton E. Tucker Teaching Award by the MIT Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
