Emily’s practice is primarily in the area of the defense of railroads sued under the Federal Employers Liability Act.  She has participated in the trial of several Federal Employer Liability Act cases.  She has a background that includes the defense of products liability claims involving exposure to silica.  In the traumatic and cumulative trauma cases that Emily is responsible for, she is known for being very organized and detail oriented.

When she is not in the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband.  They enjoy fishing and cooking together.  She also enjoys practicing Yoga for relaxation.
