After working for several years as a legal secretary, Ms. Wilcher decided to fulfill her dream of becoming an attorney, and attended law school while working as a judicial assistant.  She served as Clerk & Master for Warren County, TN, and then worked for several years as an Assistant Public Defender before deciding to venture into private practice.
