Mancuso, William David

Victoria A. B. Willis practices primarily in the area of health law. She has represented clients in matters ranging from bond financing, corporate and partnership formations, mergers and acquisitions, and government contract matters, including tax exemption, managed care and government investigations.

Prior to joining DurretteCrump , Mrs. Willis served as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal, Risk and Regulatory Affairs for MediCorp Health System for more than 10 years.

Before entering private practice, she served as law clerk to The Honorable Harry L. Carrico, Chief Justice of the Virginia Supreme Court.
