ROY E. MANOLL, III was born in Albany, Georgia. He was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1989, and he earned his B.B.A. in 1986 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1989. He was a member of Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Manoll is a member of the Western Circuit Bar Association, and in past years he has served as the Association's Secretary-Treasurer and President. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. He was the treasurer of the Federal Bar Association, Middle District of Georgia. Mr. Manoll was the chairman of the High School Mock Trial Committee for the State Bar from 1999-2000. His practice areas include Commercial Litigation, Creditor Bankruptcy, and Employment Law.
