Brian T. Winchester has been a member if the firm since May, 1998, and served as a Law Clerk for the firm prior to becoming a member of the firm. He is an Officer of the firm and a member of the Management Committee. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1998. He received his B.A. degree from Xavier University in 1993, and a J.D. degree from Cleveland -Marshall College of Law in 1997. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations and The Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, He is engaged in civil defense litigation for the firm.
Brian has been selected as a Rising Star for Super Lawyers for 2006, 2009 & 2011.
