Brian has a unique understanding of how to handle construction litigation matters since he possesses a civil engineering degree and has years of experience serving as a project engineer, project manager and construction administrator on multi-million dollar commercial construction projects prior to becoming an attorney.  This experience allows Brian to quickly understand the technical issues facing his clients and efficiently develop the best strategy to protect their interests.  

Brian is admitted in North and South Carolina and has experience in both State and Federal Courts.  Additionally, he has experience in handling arbitration matters.
