McKay Worthington, a partner in the firm's litigation practice, focuses his practice on commercial litigation and professional liability. Mr. Worthington has represented a wide variety of clients in contract and business-tort actions. He has extensive experience defending claims against accounting firms including, representing firms and individual CPAs in investigations and other confidential proceedings before state accountancy boards, and he also has extensive experience defending claims against attorneys. He clients have included PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte &; Touche, Oracle Corporation, Hawaiian Airlines, PETsMart, Newmont Mining Corporation, and San Diego Gas &; Electric.
