Mazanec, Sarah Marie

Jesse Masyr is the founder of Wachtel & Masyr’s Land Use Department. Mr. Masyr directs all land use aspects of real estate development, guiding projects from concept to reality. His broad experience includes residential, commercial and industrial development. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Masyr served as Deputy Borough President of Manhattan, representing the Borough President on the Board of Estimate for five years.
