Sean McHenry is an associate at Minnis & Smallets LLP. He is a co-chair of the Bar Association of San Francisco Barristers Labor and Employment Law Section, an active member of the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF), and a volunteer attorney for pro bono clinics run by the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights. Sean graduated from UC Santa Cruz before attending the University of San Francisco, School of Law. Sean handles all aspects of employment law cases on behalf of individuals.
