Morgan L. Medders is a graduate of The University of Georgia and the Georgia State University College of Law. Morgan was drawn to the practice of law by a commitment to service, and he deeply values the opportunity to help clients assert their rights and evaluate their legal options.

Morgan joined The Cohen Law Firm as a law clerk after graduating from law school and quickly transitioned into criminal defense practice after passing the Georgia Bar Exam that same year. During law school, Morgan took the opportunity to learn from some of the best judges, law clerks, and practitioners in Georgia through summer internships with The Supreme Court of Georgia, the State Court of Forsyth County, and the Office of the Troup County Solicitor-General. Morgan spent his final year of law school gaining practical experience assisting with the prosecution of felony cases as a practicing third-year student with the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office. Through these experiences, Morgan learned that there is no substitute for attention to detail and tireless preparation. These attitudes and experiences make Morgan a passionate and effective advocate for his clients.

Morgan is admitted to practice in all Superior Courts and lower courts in Georgia. Morgan is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the DeKalb Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
