Monroe, G. Clark

TERESA G. MINOR, a partner in the firm's Birmingham office, is the Practice Group Leader for the Product Liability & Casualty Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on personal injury and casualty litigation. For more than fifteen years, Ms. Minor has regularly represented clients in wrongful death claims; products liability claims; toxic tort claims; mass tort actions; and other significant personal and property damage matters.

In addition to her products liability and casualty practice, Ms. Minor's practice focuses on healthcare litigation and business litigation. Ms. Minor has been successful in defending health care clients in cases of third party provider fraud and abuse and regularly provides counsel during the course of health care fraud investigations. Ms. Minor also has litigated different types of business disputes.

Ms. Minor, a former faculty member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association's Annual Trial Academy, has tried jury cases; bench cases; and arbitrations. She also has been actively involved in appellate matters before the Alabama Supreme Court; the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals; and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
