Moore, Roy B.

Dan is an associate in the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. He is a member of the Business Litigation Section and practices principally in the areas of:

• General commercial litigation
• Alternative dispute resolution
• Personal injury
• Real estate litigation
• Employment litigation

In Dan’s litigation practice, he has handled a variety of disputes involving business contracts, real estate matters and commission-based compensation arrangements. Specific to the energy industry, he has also been involved in the handling of ongoing disputes between a major utility and local municipalities.

Dan is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State, American and Federal Bar associations.

Born in Appleton, Wisconsin, Dan received his B.S. summa cum laude in business administration from Carroll College. He received his law degree summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law where he was an assistant editor for the William Mitchell Law Review. Dan joined Briggs in 2005.
