Morrison, Christopher M.

Chris Morrison represents and advises clients in civil litigation matters in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings. He concentrates his practice on matters involving intellectual property, constitutional law, complex business disputes, utilities regulation, bankruptcy, and professional liability. He has experience trying cases before the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts state courts, and before arbitrators. Chris also has argued several cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Chris is active in the Boston Bar Association, where he serves on the Strategic Communications Committee and as co-chair of the Business Litigation and Antitrust Committee. He is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, serves on the Medfield School Committee, and is chair of the Boston Chapter of the Boston College Law School Alumni Association. In 2007 the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts appointed Chris to the Mental Health Legal Advisors Committee, an organization created to advise the courts on mental health issues.
