Moscioni, Anna L.

PANSY MOORE-SHRIER was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, July 28, 1976. She is a graduate of St. Mary-of-the-Woods (B.S., 2000) and the University of Tulsa (J.D., with honors, 2004). While attending the University of Tulsa, Ms. Moore-Shrier was Vice-President of the Board of Advocates, the Managing Editor of the 2003 Year in Review for Environment, Energy, and Resources Law, received the CALI Award for Constitutional Law and Torts, and won first place in the National Health Law Competition. She was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2004. Ms. Moore-Shrier concentrates her practice on Civil Litigation.
