Raphael Morris was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. A product of public schools, Raphael graduated form Normandy Senior High in 1996. He continued his education at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, Graduating with his Bachelor's Degree in 2000. Inspired by the careers of Thurgood Marshall and Johnnie Cochran, Raphael decided to pursue a career as an attorney, enrolling at Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston Texas and received a Doctorate in Jurisprudence (J.D.) in 2003.
Upon completion of his legal training, and passing the Missouri Bar Examination, in 2003 Raphael Morris began working as an attorney at Smith & Associated, LLC in Saint Louis, Missouri, representing many individuals and business in a many different areas of the law. In 2005, Raphael started The Morris Firm, LLC. The Morris Firm LLC is a general practice firm representing individuals, municipalities, businesses and not-for-profit agencies.
In addition to practicing law, Raphael serves as Municipal Judge in the Cities of Velda City and Northwoods in St. Louis County, Missouri.
