Practice concentrated in land development including land use due diligence, permitting and permit defense, State Environmental Policy Act, National Environmental Policy Act, wetland and critical areas regulations, local land use regulations and comprehensive plans, Growth Management Act, Shoreline Management Act, and Model Toxics Control Act. Significant experience in all aspects of land development including management and coordination of consultant teams, negotiations with regulatory agencies, and land use litigation for public and private developers.
