Eric's practice focuses on appellate litigation and complex trial litigation. While serving as a judicial clerk, he gained experience in a wide array of substantive legal areas. He is author of "Federal Preemption of State Law Relating to an Air Carrier's Services," 71 U. Chi. L. Rev. 1197 (2004).
