Nicholas, Christine E.

Della Nelson is an attorney with over 25 years of experience as a litigator. She received her B.A. degree, with honors, from Southern Illinois University, where she majored in psychology, and her J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Law Journal.

She is the founding member of Nelson Law Offices, LLC, a firm that focuses on litigating bodily injury and brain injury accident cases throughout Colorado. The mother of a brain injury accident victim, Ms. Nelson brings to her practice her personal as well as professional knowledge of traumatic brain injuries, together with the affect they have on both accident victims and their families.

Before founding Nelson Law Offices, Ms. Nelson’s career has included trial work in the civil field, including, most recently, as a partner with the defense firm of Grund, Dagner & Nelson, PC, and in the criminal field as a felony prosecutor in both Illinois and Colorado. Having worked for insurance companies and their insured for many years, she now has the advantage of using her vast knowledge of the insurance industry to help her clients throughout their initial claim process and through litigating their case in court.
