Stuart Nayman is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2000 after seven years of practice at another New York City law firm.
Practice
Mr. Nayman's practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and public company representation. He has extensive experience in representing issuers and underwriters in capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, convertible debt offerings and PIPE transactions. Mr. Nayman's transactional experience also includes venture capital transactions. A significant portion of his practice involves counseling public companies on ongoing corporate legal matters, including federal securities law reporting requirements and corporate governance matters. Mr. Nayman's clients include investment banks, venture capital firms and public and private companies in the life sciences, software and information technology industries.
