He has experience representing clients in private placements, securitizations, senior and subordinated debt financings, mezzanine loans, credit facilities, defeasances and interest rate swap agreements. He has also served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and issuer's counsel, including on public financing transactions in excess of $1,750,000,000 since 2006.
