Robin Owings represents employers in employment discrimination, wage and hour, contract, and tort cases, including class actions. In addition to litigation, Robin counsels corporate clients on compliance with federal and state antidiscrimination and wage and hour laws, labor matters, employment policies, and employment agreements. Robin has worked for such clients as Verizon, Wal-Mart, GE, IBM, and Albertsons.
Robin is admitted to practice before the Third Circuit; the district courts for the Northern District of Illinois, District of Columbia, and District of Maryland; and has practiced in jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
Before attending law school, Robin worked as a public relations associate at an agency in Richmond, Virginia where she specialized in crisis communication and community relations for chemical company clients.
