Olds, Kimberly Jo

Lee Christian is the owner of the Mason Court Law Offices in Fort Collins, Colorado. Lee grew up in California and moved to Wyoming in the 1970's. He received his undergraduate degree in Broadcasting from the University of Wyoming. Since high school, Lee has had an extensive background in cross examination debate. He was involved in national debate tournaments in high school and college and believes this was the main reason he became an attorney. After receiving his J.D. from the University of Wyoming Law School, Lee decided to start the Law Offices in Fort Collins, Colorado. He has been practicing here for over twenty years.

Lee is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Larimer County Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and the Plaintiffs Employment Law Association.

Lee's primary areas of law are:

• All areas of Criminal Defense including felonies, drug cases, DUIs, domestic violence, misdemeanors and traffic
• Employment Law including all areas of employer – employee relations such as wage disputes, minimum wages, overtime, discrimination claims, employment contracts and severance agreements.
• Workers’ Compensation Law.
• Personal Injury Law emphasizing auto accidents.

Besides practicing Law, Lee is an avid skier. He has now skied 197 months in a row. He has skied many of the major peaks in the area and averages 30-35 days a year on the snow.
