Matthew Clark has litigated diverse commercial disputes in Louisiana since being licensed there in 2007. During that time, he has assisted the firm's clients before state and federal courts as well as other tribunals, including arbitration panels.  Mr. Clark has also successfully represented clients at the appellate level.  His practice has taken him abroad to Hong Kong, China; London, United Kingdom; Frankfurt, Germany; among other locations. 

Since 2009, Mr. Clark has navigated builders through the multi-district litigation styled, In re Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL Number 2:09-MD-2047, United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana.  In that role, he has defended builders and contractors and has also prosecuted claims on their behalf against foreign manufacturers. 

Mr. Clark is highly competent in federal and state procedure.  He has focused on injunction proceedings, including, but not limited to, those involving letters of credit and stopping conflicting litigation in other fora.  He has also focused on complex jurisdictional issues, such as those presented by allegations of injury in the United States against multi-national corporate networks. 

Outside of practice, Mr. Clark serves as a board member and secretary of Court Watch NOLA, an organization focused on studying the criminal judiciary of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.  He is also an active member and Captain of the Holy Cross High School Alumni Association, his alma mater. When Mr. Clark finds the time, he enjoys practicing the martial arts, including Jujitsu, which he has done since his teenage years.
