Mitchel S. Evans obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Georgia State University in 1991. Mitch began his legal career at Crim & Bassler, LLP where he practiced primarily in the area of insurance defense and served as a partner for more than 14 years. Prior to joining Fain, Major & Brennan in 2012, Mitch served as the Director of Litigation for Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. for nearly three years. Mitch is licensed to practice in both State and Federal jurisdictions in Georgia and has been lead counsel in over 150 jury trials in State and Superior courts across Georgia.
