Marta Palacios is an of counsel in the firm's Litigation practice. Marta focuses her practice on antitrust counseling and litigation, specializing in international competition and merger-reporting regimes. She has represented clients on a variety of antitrust and commercial litigation matters, including antitrust litigation and counseling as well as merger clearance matters in front of the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. She has also participated in antitrust appeals before the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, Marta has represented plaintiffs and defendants in contract and business tort cases in state and federal courts and private arbitration proceedings.
